Yay for storms... :(
It has been storming for the past week here - even before I came out. We debated on whether or not to drive down to the Keys, but decided at the last minute to head down there anyways. The beginning of the trip wasn't too encouraging. I'm just happy I changed Holly's windshield wipers before we got on the road.
This is the view of impending death that we saw as we started on our way...
After about 10 miles, things started to clear up and were perfect all the way down to Florida City, which is where we spent the evening. We had a detox dinner of salad at Cracker Barrel and got a couple of games for the road. We're going to sleep like babies tonight!
